During my tenure at Apple, I navigated the intricate realm of design as a tool for enhanced internal communication. Collaborating closely with the VP of Operations, I aimed to refine how the expansive Operations Team, comprising over 3,000 individuals, engaged with and digested critical information about company events and initiatives.My responsibilities were diverse: from designing clear slide decks and infographics to crafting motion graphics and editing videos that told compelling stories to communicate our objectives. Furthermore, I was entrusted with the task of designing impactful collateral for company events—be it vibrant posters, digital banners, or wayfinding graphics. One of my notable undertakings was the revamp of the Operations Team's onboarding website, bringing forward a user-centric design that not only looked good but also functioned seamlessly, prioritizing user-friendly design and ease of use to accelerate the onboarding process for new hires. The overall lesson I took from this role was the immense value of clarity in design—how effective design transcends aesthetics and becomes an enabler of streamlined communication and understanding.

At Scout, Northeastern's student-led design studio, I was entrusted with the responsibility of serving as the Labs Director. Scout Labs takes deep dives, guided by design thinking and data visualization, to help define issues facing the Boston community. This role allowed me to bridge collaborations between Scout, the Boston Mayor’s Office, and Northeastern’s Center for Design. A highlight of my term was gaining insights into the Boston Summer Eats Program through targeted user interviews and co-design sessions. By leading brainstorming sessions and generating creative solutions, we addressed youth food insecurity and expanded the program's community outreach. This experience underscored the importance of design in community engagement and the potential for positive societal impact.

At Red Summit Productions, a Full-Service Content Creation Agency, I was afforded the opportunity to immerse myself in the entire production process, from pre-production groundwork to post-production refinement.I worked on content creation for esteemed clients like Walmart and WeWork, taking charge of editing video content, designing motion graphics, and ensuring our narratives truly resonated with viewers. My involvement didn't stop at visual content; I also delved into digital storytelling, crafting impactful copy and visuals for our presence on major social media platforms, such as Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn. Key to my role was ensuring the smooth flow of production; I compiled essential documents like pitch decks, budget estimates, SKU lists, and call sheets to streamline operations. This comprehensive internship experience reinforced my conviction in the potential of multimedia content and underscored the critical nature of maintaining consistent and high-quality digital narratives.
