* Responsible for the overall growth, quality and satisfaction of the customer’s and Microsoft relationship and for aligning Microsoft’s Premier services and resource to customers’ unique challenges and priorities.* Provide “How-To” strategic advice, technology architecture assessments, workshops, prototyping/Proof of Concepts (POCs), application design reviews, performance benchmarks, code reviews, porting/migration assistance, configuration management and general development consulting to help push the adoption of technology to provide business value and growth. * Key contributor to the Account Team by helping to drive cloud consumption thought the evangelizing and support services of Azure, O365 and suite of Microsoft’s cloud technologies. * Provide and manage access to a wide range of Microsoft product, services and application development expertise to help governments and enterprises accelerate their software development cycle and improve the quality and maturity of their software applications.* Through a positive working relationship with all levels of customer resources from individual contributors to C-level executives, explore and gain an understanding of the customers goals and objectives to make recommendations, plans/roadmaps, evangelize, assist, and support the implementation of technology and best practices.* Delivery of Development, Azure and Office 365 Support Services through Microsoft Premier Support Offerings (OSDM) that includes proactive and reactive service offerings to help customers realize the full potential and value of their investment in Microsoft and Microsoft’s products and services.* Achieved double digit growth of Premier Support for Developers (PSfD) offering by adding new customers and through the increase in services purchased at contract renewals.* Drive discussion, help identify, architect and support customers with moving workloads from traditional on premises technologies and systems to Microsoft Azure.
