This means people outside of the University would need access to the study management solution.- The existing system allowed University of Utah users access to the system, but prohibited access for users unaffiliated with the University.- I established a scalable workflow that shifted the responsibility of managing unaffiliated users onto the team conducting the researching study. This would spare the IRB director and administrators from the vetting process of 20 minute per new user. I left the University before I could see this process implemented.
