Responsible for the coordination of the transfer vessels on various wind farms throughout Europe. Provide the link between the installation leads and the vessel masters to liaise the scheduled tasks on a daily basis. Attend safety meetings and tool box talks at the start of each day in order to keep the whole operation running smoothly and safely. Carry out audits on any new vessels arriving on site and follow up audits every month. Investigate any incidents and issue safety alerts if required.

Responsible for the safe deployment and recovery of both the workboat and emergency fast rescue craft. Carried out routine maintenance and had both boats ready to launch at all times. Had to manoeuvre the vessel in a safe manner, giving due regard to the sea state and tide. Also provided training for the Indian crew in boat handling.

Transferred technicians to the offshore wind farms on a daily basis. Responsible for the safety of the crew as well as the 12 passengers. Carried out routine maintenance of both engines and kept the vessel in tip top condition at all times. Performed musters and drills regularly and logged every detail in compliance with company procedures

Liaised with the gun boat when firing of the guns was to begin. Also worked as deck crew / rigger and was involved in the deployment and recovery of the cables. Rigging tasks onboard this ship were all of a large and heavy nature and all aspects of rigging was required due to the difficult nature of handling and reeling the heavy cables. Safety was of paramount importance during these operations.

Responsible for the safety of the crew and boat. Carried out on board maintenance in order to keep the vessel at sea and finish the trip. Constantly monitor the weather to determine when it was to dangerous to carry on fishing.
