In clinical practice in Auckland, New Zealand since graduation from Palmer College of Chiropractic, Davenport, Iowa, USA in 1975, most recently practicing at the Milford Chiropractic Clinic since 2005.From 2008 until 2015 served on the NZ Chiropractic Board on appointment by Ministry of Health NZ, also serving as the immediate past chair. Also served as a director and chair of the Health Regulatory Authorities Secretariat. Had previously served for 6 years on the Chiropractic Board in the early1990's, the last 2 years as Chairman. Prior to that served for 6 years on the NZ Chiropractic Association Council.Interested in structural and functional wellbeing of the human body as it relates to the spine and its related attachments. Also interested in medico-legal matters to do with ethics and standards of practice. After some nearly 40 years involvement with the chiropractic profession he considers that a rational and practical approach to healthcare by responsible chiropractors has an integral part to play in the NZ health system.
