C.I.C. was one of the forst companies in Australia to offer third party maintenance to IBM Mid Range sites. In my role as Hardware Maintenance Division Manager I was responsible for - co-ordinating a team of hardware engineers- managing spare parts inventories- ensuring customer satisfaction and that SLA's were met.

In this role I was responsible for application development for the business including:- Internal accounting and billing and data transformations systems- Customer facing Service Bureau applications (Mailing systems, accounting systems, stock control systems)I wrote and ran a number of technical training courses. C.I.C was a market leader in technical training courses for IBM Mid Range systems (S38 and AS400)
