Responsible for the Enterprise Customer Communications which supports the Content Marketplace and delivers data-driven, personalized Communications, Offers, and Leads to Customers and Colleagues via multiple channels and applications.

Responsible for leveraging the POD’s unique strengths in actionable and advanced analytics to deliver the most relevant, personalized experiences possible, in the moment and in context, across the entire customer journey, with the objective to onboard, deepen, and retain HHLDs and reduce operational costs. Responsible for driving the analytics for Fidelity’s customer and acquisition promotional DM/CRM marketing; leading a team of US and India based analysts who used best practices and advanced statistical analysis to successfully manage all phases of the marketing measurement and insights process, analyzing hundreds of Personal and Workplace Investments direct-marketing initiatives across multiple channels (direct mail, email, online, and events), segments, products, and business lines. Enabled business partners/executives to evaluate and optimize the effectiveness & efficiency of individual campaigns and overall marketing plans.

Utilized DM best practices and thought leadership to develop and efficiently manage a multi-million-dollar annual Customer and Acquisition Direct Marketing budget. Overseeing the creation and optimization of promotional multi-channel Direct Marketing plans supporting Personal Investment’s product and segment retention, growth, and acquisition goals, with a strong focus on test and learn, and the overall customer DM experience. Led a team of direct marketers who were responsible for developing 125+ annual direct mail and email campaigns from planning through execution, working closely with segment and marketing business partners and creative agency to deepen the relationships with millions of investors through effective and efficient personal, relevant and timely communications.

Responsible for the annual plans, strategy, budget management, targeting, testing, channel, CTA, and overall end to end effectiveness and optimization of Direct Mail and Email campaigns supporting Brokerage/Active Traders, Retirement, College/529, High Net Worth, and Acquisition business goals.

Managed a team of campaign list managers and analysts who worked closely with Segment to improve both the efficiency and effectiveness of Customer direct efforts, via designing, executing, and measuring Direct Mail and Email campaigns.
