RealVictory is a 501c3 non-profit organization. Our missions is reduce criminal recidivism. We've developed a training program and use an automate phone coaching program that helps offenders identify new behaviors and receive real world support to implement those new behaviors for up to 12 months. University researchers have conducted random control trials on our program for 5 years and have published two articles in the "International Journal of Offender Therapy and Comparative Criminology" documenting a 47%% reduction in recidivism among program participants. The book "Helping Offenders: What Works? Examining the Evidence" (available on Amazon) has three chapters on our program.RealVictory is currently delivering our program in Utah and North Carolina.

I was the leader of multiple organizational development teams and tackled projects ranging from broad corporate culture change to specific problem resolution. Our toolbox included strategy development, coaching, consulting, training, communication and implementation. I worked extensively with senior management and external consultants.In assignment to improve productivity in a manufacturing plant steeped in decades of tradition, I worked closely with Kerry Patterson (author of Crucial Conversations and Influencer.) Together we developed a culture change strategy that proved highly successful.At a manufacturing plant built as a joint venture between Ford and Mazda so Mazda could teach Ford lean manufacturing, cultural and leadership issues had prevented successful implementation of the concepts. My assignment was to get the two sides talking and learning. We were successful and I much about learned lean manufacturing in the process.

I worked as an organizational change consultant helping organizations maximize human capital. We developed specific areas of expertise in moving from adversarial to collaborative relationships, upgrading management skills, developing strategic planning skills, communications, problem solving, and measurement systems.

I founded this company with Conway Snyder to provide interactive, issue targeted, satellite teleconferences to rural universities. We used the social opinion resources found in and around Washington D.C. to provide content for each broadcast. We enjoyed a short burst of success until Pepsi launched a competing service as an advertising channel to college students. We did not have the financial resources to compete with Pepsi.
