We've developed a training program and use an automate phone coaching program that helps offenders identify new behaviors and receive real world support to implement those new behaviors for up to 12 months. University researchers have conducted random control trials on our program for 5 years and have published two articles in the "International Journal of Offender Therapy and Comparative Criminology" documenting a 47%% reduction in recidivism among program participants. I worked extensively with senior management and external consultants.In assignment to improve productivity in a manufacturing plant steeped in decades of tradition, I worked closely with Kerry Patterson (author of Crucial Conversations and Influencer.) Together we developed a culture change strategy that proved highly successful.At a manufacturing plant built as a joint venture between Ford and Mazda so Mazda could teach Ford lean manufacturing, cultural and leadership issues had prevented successful implementation of the concepts. My assignment was to get the two sides talking and learning. We were successful and I much about learned lean manufacturing in the process.
