Managing day to day aviation operations focused on operational efficiency and compliance with regulatory and organizational operating policies, procedures, and standards. Provides coordination for all aircraft at a site to provide Real-time Full Motion Video support to Special Operations maneuver units. Directly coordinates sorties with ground unit commanders to ensure intent is met for their operations. Provides updated information on the Theater of operation to crews to ensure crew safety through composite risk management. Assumes Flight Operation Management duties in the absence of the Flight Operations Manager while on site.

Serves as a rotating Sensor Operator providing Logistical and Real-time Full Motion Video to support Special Operations on the ground for units in a Complex environment. Utilizes multiple platforms in order to support ground units. Responsible and accountable for multiple high dollar sensitive items, to include communication and computer systems at all times. Conducted multiple missions with Zero deficiencies on any sortie. Serves as COMSEC custodian and RPA/CPA frequency manager for the assigned site as an additional duty, while on site.

Working for the Harnett County Detention Center in Lillington, NC supervising inmates in housing units and those segregated for administrative or punitive measures; instruct inmates in housekeeping and sanitation; supervise the issuance of clothing and other personal effects to inmates. Check inmate mail for possible contraband; maintain a periodic patrol inside the institution to ensure the security and integrity of the institution. Monitor, supervise and screen inmate visitor traffic. Maintain a record of equipment, supplies and other items, demonstrates proficiency in the use and care of firearms, restraint methods and equipment and emergency procedures. Maintain knowledge of communication and other electronic equipment; instruct inmates in the proper care and use of institutional equipment.

Promoted ahead of my peers to senior level leadership (E7) due to leadership skills and ability to utilize Composite Risk Management. Conducted multiple combat tours leading more than 40 personnel at any given time in a complex environment, accountable for over $10 million worth of equipment, with 0 loss.
