I am a Finance Major and Real Estate Minor at Santa Clara University, expected to graduate in June 2025. I have a strong interest in the real estate industry and the opportunities it offers for creativity, innovation, and value creation. I have enhanced my knowledge and skills in this field by completing a summer school program at the London School of Economics, where I studied real estate economics and finance, and management and economics of digital innovation. I have also obtained the Argus Enterprise Software Certification, which demonstrates my proficiency in using the leading software for real estate valuation and analysis. In addition to my academic achievements, I have gained valuable hands-on experience and insights in the real estate sector through my involvement in the SCU Real Estate Association and my internship at OXBSTUDIO Architects. As a member of the SCU Real Estate Association, I interact with professionals and other students in the commercial real estate industry, attending seminars and walkthrough sessions of various properties in Silicon Valley. I also benefit from the mentorship program, where I connect with a specific professional and learn from their objectives and experiences. As an intern at OXBSTUDIO Architects, I aided in designing certain details on various projects, using new software and working collaboratively with a small team.
