Rising up to meet the needs our local communities, we are a small remnant of men who have been challenged to put our faith into action. The 317 Foundation is a 501 (c) (3) organization that provides volunteer services as well as financial support for local Association of Churches Charity Organizations in our home towns. Our secondary mission of is to connect long term unemployed persons in our area with available Work Force Retraining programs. The Central Piedmont of North Carolina has not quite recovered from the devastating loss of the textile industry from several years back. The exciting regeneration of new industries with new job opportunities in our area are ever increasing the need for a new workforce. We believe that by connecting the long term unemployed with readily available Workforce Training programs, we will uplift our neighbors and strengthen our communities.We are only a small group of men, in a small area of the world, but we are passionately believing that even our small efforts can make a big difference.

My responsibilities include pre-event planning, on site event management, and post event finalization for approximately 24 events annually. Each event draws from 2,500 to 12,000.attendees and are held in major cities throughout the United States and Canada. I am responsible for delivering to my clients everything that the hosting Hotel / Venue / Production Company have contracted and more.

Provided Video engineering services for up to 28 events annually across the US and Canada. My duties included overseeing the set up/strike of three camera package, large venue video screens and projectors in hotel ballrooms, convention centers and coliseums. Other duties included: Video Director, Stage Manager, and Talent coordinator for Friday, Saturday, and Sunday events totaling approximately 22 hours of production.

Elementary school teacher of 28 - 30 students in a small 2nd and 3rd grade combined classroom. My responsibilities were to teach all subjects including gym and art as well as afternoon bus driver.

This was my first real job out of college. TCT was a television station in a very small market that offered the opportunity for me to work with and learn from some amazingly talented engineers and video producers who treated their jobs as labors of love. My duties included: Directing live and taped television programs (in Studio and Mobile), writing and shooting commercials, as well as lighting and set design.
