I had supervisory responsibility for the network services department. This included performance reviews and interviewing and hiring personnel in my department. I assisted in development and implementation of all departmental training. I also assisted in writing the SOP that was used for daily operation in the department. I consulted with the customers regarding new equipment their network required, allocated IP space and configured routers and switches. My responsibilities included trouble shooting and problem resolution in the event of a device or network failure, as well as network related equipment sales.
