Duties AND RESPONSIBILITIES:• Build and Debug of 3+ cell project and ability to lead and drive performance of a team.• Accurate mechanical build of systems to include wiring and plumbing of pneumatics using design prints and documentation• Engineering redesign for performance improvements• Pre-alignment of stations utilizing mechanical 3D drawing (DWF viewer)• Installation of machine safety guarding• Support machine installation at customer site• Lead project team during production runs• Shows initiative, is self-motivated and goal oriented• Exhibit’s ability to lead MTs on projects• Drives performance among the project teams• Hmi, Polyfeed, Bowl feeders• Other duties as assigned

· Responsible for the mechanical assembly of high-speed canning machinery· Read and interpret detailed blueprints and schematics· Adhered to strict tolerances per engineering specifications· Uses and can properly read measuring equipment to verify part or assembly quality.· Uses precision assembly mechanical test equipment, including but not limited to temperature gauges, fish scales, levels, etc. Tolerances are very tight (tenths of thousandths).· Utilized my mechanical knowledge to build the machines including sub-assemblies from the ground up.· May run air and lube lines per specification

· - 60 Mechanic, high voltage and high air output units, 220v and 480v industrial· Troubleshooting and rebuilding turbine assembly, bearings, sleeves, casing assemblies, couplings· HVAC technician: maintenance on compressors, condensing units, VFDs, condensers, boilers, chillers
