Searched for new artists, writers, producers, songs and ventures. Facilitated all the steps required to release albums by Logic, Pusha T, Jeezy, August Alsina and others.Executed the creation of official remixes for Rihanna, Alessia Cara, Iggy Azalea, and Major Lazer, etc. All remixes combined in 2017 add up to over 300 million streams.Brought “Stay” by Zedd/Alessia Cara into the building. Acted as the A&R contact for G.O.O.D Music. Worked with film TV and sync department for opportunities. Executed/helped in the completion and delivery of the #1 Pusha T Lp "It’s almost dry" with producers by Pharell and Kanye West. Developed and nurtured the career of 070 Shake, resulting in critical acclaim and successful global tours.

Managed signing artists, while dealing with publishers, songwriters, producers, hiring executives and the creation of albums. Directed and mentored junior A&R Staff and assisted in closing record deals. Created and oversaw budgets for albums and joint ventures. Interacted daily with all departments at Universal such as marketing, promotions, publicity, sales and legal. Supervised multiple ventures including Cash Money (Lil’ Wayne, Drake, Nicki Minaj), SRC (Akon, David Banner) and Blackground (JoJo, Aaliyah Greatest Hits) as well as projects including Don Omar, Bad Boys II Soundtrack, Lindsey Lohan and Paulina Rubio.
