Currently working as a BackOffice Consultant for Rogers Communications Inc. after about 5 years of Frontline Customer Service field assisting customers first hand.All started when I was in the Aviation industry back in HongKong, with the experience of working with passengers face to face dealing with any immediate issue or changes in such unpredictable industry. After that I was working in the traveling industry as a Travel Consultant in Vancouver with assisting customers as well as dealing with airline/ cruise company in the back office aspect.
