It was founded on the principle of "Retail Entertainment".Started 38 years ago, as a Windsurfing business after Bruce graduated from University of Western while working at IBM. As the retail world changes, The Muskoka Store is getting ready for the next chapter. Over the next few years, The Muskoka Store will adopt a new products showroom format to add to its product offering and for brands to showcase their best selling products. This will be done in conjunction with the rBux system, where these products can be marketed globally by The Muskoka Store and the Muskoka Store customers that sign up as rBux influencers. The rBux system will track these digital references and when sales are generated, rBux sales commissions will be triggered and paid to the rBux influencers. The brands pay the commission. The Muskoka Store earns a commission as the showroom and the rBux influencers earn a commission as a digital marketing rBux Influencer. Products can be shipped directly to the customer (often anywhere in the world) or to The Muskoka Store (or other participating stores). Connecting the audience with the suppliers of the products and enabling the media producers & broadcasters to receive a commission. I pitched VC’s and was told it was way too early. I back burnered it and waited. In 2014 I went back into the archives and updated the plan to accommodate social media and the changes in retail. It has now pivoted into rBUX Inc. Which has filed patented technology to provide the monetization Infrastructure for the future of global commerce. In 1989 Bruce developed a Canadian branding business plan based on his market research of how many Australian products achieved global success based on the image association with Australia. Prior to this French products rode the image coat tails of France. After analyzing the various countries Bruce determined that... Canada could become the next country on the world stage to provide Canadian brands with such a positive global image, and that Canadian products would enjoy a significantly greater global demand in the coming years. This theory was adopted by Micheal Budman and Don Green from Roots Canada. It became the backbone theme of the Roots brand. Over the years Bruce consulted with other companies like Hudson's Bay Outfitters, Rogers Communications, Bell Cellular, Sirius, Neilson Dairy, Labatt's, Stubbs on a variety of experiential marketing activities. As an early advocate for monetizing products in Media led to the development of rBUX Inc. rBux has created the monetization infrastructure for global social commerce.

The show will help turn young spectators into participants, by having a better understanding of the rules and by providing tips for skill development, all within an action-packed adventure that will entertain while emphasizing fair-play and sportsmanship and can quickly be embraced by kids and parents alike. The JH characters and storylines have the ingredients to become a global success. The merchandising and marketing potential is significant. Episodes deal with male and female determination, teamwork, acceptance, bullying, self-esteem, family squabbles, socially sensitive issues... all from the perspective of characters that anyone anywhere in the world can identify with. The underlying message is positive and uplifting. The show is filled with zany characters and cleverly concealed adult humor that will be widely accepted. The endless possible storylines and complete lack of geographical boundaries create a true top-to-bottom animation, licensing and merchandising property."There will be major sports brands for sponsorship opportunities, on-line distribution along with the merchandise licensing companies.By monetizing the content within these productions, the revenue model will embrace a “free to all broadcasting” distribution model. Ie available on rBux TV for free where anyone can share the program and the monetization revenue from product placement. No longer a pay per view, HBO or Netflix subscriber fee based model.
