In 1985, I joined Enterprise Rent a Car's management trainee program. During my 29 years at Enterprise, I served in a number of key roles. I was the first area manager when Enterprise opened the New York metro market in 1988. In 1992, I transitioned to Enterprise's world headquarters in St. Louis to help oversee operations in the Southeast. In addition to my operational responsibilities, I managed the Ford service loaner program. In 1994, I was selected to lead the Insurance Replacement Car Rental Division. In 1996, I took on the role of Vice President of the Insurance Replacement Car Rental Division. For over two decades, our team developed hundreds of strategic partnerships with Insurance carriers and MSOs, creating unique market share growth. Under my leadership, the Insurance Replacement Division increased revenue by over 2 billion dollars. I also worked closely with the operating groups training over 1,000 senior managers on value proposition versus commodity pricing economics, resulting in significant margin increases to the bottom line.I have worked closely with the Insurance and Collision repair industry for 35 years, including working with Caliber Collision. At Caliber, I played a key role in building strategic partnerships with top 10 U.S. insurance companies. In 2018, I joined the SolutionWorks ownership team as Senior Vice President of Strategic Accounts. At SolutionWorks, I play a key role with ownership on M&A strategy, as well as business development in the auto hail CAT management space. In my role as owner of Aspire Consulting Group, we specialize in supporting insurance carriers, MSOs, and related automotive industries, including contract management cost reduction. Over the last 38 years I have served on a number of industry boards including the Collision Repair Education Foundation at Enterprise Rent a Car and Caliber Collision. Currently, I am a member of NABC and have served on the Hertz Customer Advisory board.
