I am the founder and principal solicitor at Tax Controversy Partners Pty Limited, an Australian boutique tax law firm whose mission is to: Help YOU Get the Right Balance on Your Tax!We have a core team of experienced tax professionals and access to a network of senior tax professionals (mostly ex-ATO and ex-Big-4) who are available to help our clients in their areas of specialisation in tax and superannuation issues for individuals, small business, private groups, public groups and multinationals.I am an experienced tax professional and legal advisor, with a deep commitment to the effective management of the tax and transfer systems in Australia, developed over 40 years of practice, including 30 years as a leader of other professionals (both in tax and in other disciplines).I have significant expertise in domestic and international tax law, public administration, regulatory compliance, law design, law interpretation, litigation, technical and compliance leadership, external representation, human resources, change management, design, program delivery and evaluation.I have presented on tax administration, tax compliance and regulatory compliance topics widely in Australia and overseas, as well as building long-term engagement with the accounting, legal and tax profession over the last four decades.
