I have over 40 years plus retail experience in both a grocery and big box retail environment. 16 plus years as a store director for two different companies. I was a regional coordinator overseeing the conversions of Pimada stores to Shopko hometown's in Missouri. I trained new store managers for the region while running a center of excellence. I helped write SOP'S for the company while testing many of the new programs. Helped with two ITT teams and sat on different business review broads.At Smiths I helped open the new West Point Market place. Staffed a store and trained over 250 new employees through a successful grand opening. After the opening I took on other challenges throughout the district as needed.I was hired at ROSS as a store director. I assumed responsibilities for a challenged store. the store has since seen significant less turnover and better shrink results. Leadership staff has been changed and the store is headed in thr right direction
