I manage a group of business analysts who integrate new and active Envision Healthcare Hospital Emergency Departments and Inpatient Physician Groups with Reimbursement Technologies;one of Envision Healthcare's Billing Companies. Our team has now integrated over 900 hospital emergency departments and Inpatient Groups with our company.Our team also oversees the installation of our proprietary scanning solution in our hospitals when automating the interfacing with Reimbursement Technologies is not an option. We create a customized solution for each interface to ensure that all patient demographic data and clinical charts are securely received electronically. We then transform the data and charts into a uniform format to push into our workflow processing so we can bill for about 18 million of our Visits and Encounters annually.That's approximately 2 Billion Dollars of annual revenue. I train, mentor and support the analysts who work with the IT staffs at each of the hospitals or hospital groups, lead most initial calls with the hospital staff involved in our interfacing projects, lead monthly calls with our Envision Healthcare Divisions to review all Interfacing, Web Portal and Scanning Projects, I report weekly to the executive team and participate in bi-weekly calls with our divisions to ensure our processes are not having a negative impact on our cash flow.I currently have added to my data analysis skills: Python Programming, Pandas/Numpy Data Analysis, SQL and Seaborn and Plotly Express Data Visualization tools. Previous to managing our Business Analysts I worked my way up through IT Programming and Development ranks. As Senior Programmer Analyst I developed the skills and knowledge necessary to work with our hospitals and internal IT Staff. Knowing what is technically possible in the IT world and what is not, enables a smoother automation transition for all of our clients. Also, understanding all of the varied Emergency Department and Inpatient Software Vendors and their capabilities to interface with our systems is crucial for a successful interface with Envision Healthcare and Reimbursement Technologies.
