In 2022, my family was uprooted by the war in Ukraine, where I’ve been serving in a mission-charitable capacity since 2008. I’ve been focused on empowering the marginalized within Slavic culture, including widows, orphans and at-risk families through a wide range of humanitarian, cultural, and economic development programs in Ukraine, Belarus and Russia. I've started and owned several businesses in the U.S. and Ukraine and find myself now mentoring emerging leaders and leadership groups towards culture making. I also Direct a 501c3 which is deeply engaged in aid, evacuation, and resettlement assistance for Ukrainian refugees. I have proven results fostering inclusive, diverse, intercultural leadership communities with a focus on ideation, delivery and measurable outcomes. I’m an avid learner, an excellent communicator, writer and editor and exploring part time, online/hybrid opportunities where I can be an asset while continuing my studies in Fuller’s doctoral leadership program. I am currently located in Cluj-Napoca, Romania where I am assisting in the launch of a new mentoring and innovation hub.
