A highly motivated and effective Senior Cyber Project Manager with over 23 years experience. With qualifications in both Prince 2 and PMI I bring all of the core skills required of an effective project manager. I have managed various Cyber projects consisting of (but not limited to) SOCI compliance, IDAM, IT/OT segmentation, E8 , & NGAV. Other ICT projects were cloud transformation, network and video system upgrades, PCI DSS controls, to national office technology fit outs. With an innate ability to communicate, relate and motivate at all levels, from C level executives to technical subject matter experts, I am able to ensure the needs of the business are met as well as those of the individuals within my project teams. This leads to ensure my projects are successfully delivered on time, on budget and to a quality level that all key stakeholders expect. I have worked on many large scale projects with budgets up to $12M dollars. In the past 14 years I have been awarded 6 times for excellence in project delivery. I am adept in the preparation of business cases and therefore aware of all of the key business drivers that are inputs to them. I also have a key focus in risk and resource management that provides me with the ability to manage my projects with little or no surprises.In my 23 years I have worked for only eight companies. They are API, Australia Post, Transurban, KPMG, Medibank, IBM, Tabcorp and Telstra. This broad exposure to various corporate sectors has provided me invaluable experience in delivering high quality projects within a broad range of operating environments.
