Hi, my name is Bruce Dodge. I’ve been with Target since 2009, I started as a seasonal team member unloading trucks in Florence SC. I went on to hold high responsibility roles including: Receiver, HR Clerical, and Property Management. I transferred to another Target store in Columbia in 2017 to take on the Food and Beverage Team Leader position. I lead that team through significant growth resulting in greater than 10% increase in sales dollars each year. In 2019 I stepped in to the General Merchandise 3 and Fulfillment Team Leader position. In that role I lead my team through changes in sales trends due to Covid-19 including a 200% increase in digital sales. Further my role changed to Fulfillment only in 2021 to focus on digital sales and providing guests with a service and experience that will show them and their families the joy of everyday life. At the beginning of 2022 I began training for an executive role in Asheville NC and will be the Remodel Executive for the Arden store. I’m so excited to be a part of elevating the guest’s experience in this capacity. On a personal note, I met my wife at Target, we’ve been married since April 2018. We recently rescued a puppy and have enjoyed watching him grow and develop. My hobby is reading anything I can get my hands on.
