Responsible for the Xbox One team of 9 Engineers that builds user and developer experiences around Multiplayer and Networking and builds the core Diagnostics infrastructure of the Xbox One platform.• Prioritized improvements to the Xbox One Party App by combining user data and user feedback to take it from being the app with the most negative feedback to removing it from the top 20.• Improved matchmaking success rate by 53% in flagship holiday title (Halo: TMCC, received Game Credits) by building a multiplayer networking lab that mimics home networking environments to root cause multiplayer issues.• Took negative feedback from external developers on multiplayer development ramp-up time and implemented a suite of tools to demonstrate functionality allowing developers to cut that ramp-up time in half on average.• Had 100% favorable to highly favorable Microsoft Annual Poll responses from my directs across all manager feedback questions.
