The new EVMS consisted of Primavera Team Play, Millennium (Cost Management) and wInsight. Provided the requirements and managed the builds of the various interfaces required from the legacy systems. As part of the implementation team I've participated in developing the business processes required to operate the system. He also developed the architecture for the training environment and the processes required to keep the various training files and databases up to date.
