Throughout my professional journey, I have held senior leadership roles in South Africa, UK, and Australia, leading businesses of up to 250 people and executing global roles. With a strong focus on outcomes and a passion for building and growing businesses and their people, I have successfully led and participated in numerous mergers and acquisitions and held P&L responsibility up to $100 million revenue per annum.I have a track record of success in driving business growth as well as achieving successful outcomes for clients. With over 30 years of international experience managing the development, procurement, and delivery of infrastructure projects for both public and private sector clients. My expertise extends to a range of infrastructure-related projects in Southern Africa, Qatar, UK, Australia, New Zealand, Hong Kong, and Indonesia, working for both public and private sectors.I have developed considerable strategy, commercial, and deal close/negotiation experience, with specialised expertise in PFI/PPP gained in the UK and Australia in the Social Infrastructure and Commercial sectors. As a Chartered Quantity Surveyor by training, I have advised clients across the full spectrum of the project lifecycle, from strategic inception and feasibility study through procurement, construction, and into operation, with experience in claims and dispute litigation support.Since 2010, I have been providing advisory services on a variety of infrastructure-related projects for Federal and State Governments, as well as several blue-chip private sector organisations in Australia.
