I served as Project Manager for many large scale residential, commercial, industrial and institutional projects in New Jersey, North Carolina, and Pennsylvania, oftentimes successfully guiding projects from land acquisition to construction close-out. Site development clients relied on our firm to identify site constraints including environmental, floodplain, and steep slopes to effectively determine site yield, as well as research water and sewer availability and traffic improvement requirements to develop project cost impacts to make informed recommendations.
