Supervised 11 personnel and maintained accountability of $75K in equipment and $80K in training and operational funds.I was quickly recognized as a Subject Matter Expert on physical security and antiterrorism program management, and was installed as the organization’s director of security and ammunition management programs. Through the development of a rigorous internal inspection and accountability program, I resolved multiple deficiencies and established the organization’s compliance rate as one of the best in its region.
