About Bruce Edmonds

I am a Retired 27-year military professional with extensive background in security and operations planning and leadership. I have extensive background in group leadership dynamics, from supervising 30 recruit trainees to negotiating complex agreements in multiagency task forces consisting of more than 20 departments and agencies across the Department of Defense (DOD). My most recent assignments have involved analysis and planning of programs encompassing a vast array of policy and regulations spanning logistics, hazardous materials, accounting, and technical issues. I routinely serve as a senior advisor on training program and operational exercise development for security and law enforcement organizations, with special emphasis on interoperability with supported organizations and fulfillment of client agency objectives. I am very comfortable with creating and routinely counted on to develop long-term operational plans that satisfy milestones and objectives set by senior leadership. I consistently seek ways to improve operational efficiency through automation and development of administrative tools. Over the course of my career I have achieved success in bringing large organizations into compliance with U.S. Army and DOD regulations for security, ammunition management, and antiterrorism programs.
