Bruce has been involved in the wholesale sector of sales since 1993. His area of expertise, since 1996 lies within the BBQ, Home Heating and Kitchen Appliance Sector. He has a great understanding of Seasonal Appliance Sales, both at a Supplier Level, as well as a Retail Level. During his time with the Galore Group, Bruce was involved in the Wholesale, Retail and Retail Support Divisions. He was responsible for 16 Licensee/Franchise Stores across NSW as a Regional Manager. Following on from his time with the Galore Group, he joined Masport Ltd, which saw him utilising his skills with Home Heating and BBQS, as well as gaining experience in Power Garden Products for more than 5 years. Shriro has seen Bruce gain experience and knowledge with the Coffee Machine and Kitchen Appliance Category also. Shriro has also seen Bruce develop his skills as a Regional Manager for NSW/ACT and VIC Markets. This has seen him managing and recruiting Account Managers, managing a team of Demonstrators and Consultants, as well as Managing Key Accounts with Major Retailers.Bruce has strong relationships with the Major Electrical, Outdoor Living and Home Heating Specialist, and Hardware Industry Retailers with relationships established and built upon over his years within the industry. In addition to his, Bruce has also been a Dance Teacher since 1992. This has given Bruce great skills in running Training Sessions, as well as Public Speaking. Bruce is very comfortable running Training Sessions from small to large groups and is always complimented on his style and techniques used. Bruce also draws upon his Diploma in Marketing Management in his Sales Management Style, making him a strategic planner in his approach.
