Design, build and document a Tivoli Enterprise system that includes, ITM 6.2.3, Netcool/Omnibus 7.3,, ITNM 3.8, TBSM 4.2, TDW 2.1, TCR 6.2.3, and IMPACT 5.1. Created tools for reports on ITNM and Aspera. This are MS Access tools that the system owners and operators use for problem determination and billing metrics. Also installed, configured and used Tivoli Common Reporting 7.2.2, mining data out of TDW.

Design, build and document a Tivoli Enterprise system that includes, ITM 6.22, Netcool/Omnibus 7.3, TADDAM, CCMDB, ITNM 3.8, TBSM 4.2, TDW 2.1, IMPACT4.3, and TCM 7.3. Create install scripts and documentation that users with no Tivoli tools, experience can install and get the enterprise infrastructure running.

SME for a Tivoli environment consisting of, ITM 5.12, TEC 3.9, ITIM 4.6, TRM 4.2, TCM 4.2. Designed, built, and deployed a parallel ITM 6.2.1 and Netcool/Omnibus 7.2 environment while supporting an ITM 5.1.2 and TEC 3.9 system. TDW 2.1 was used to create reports to management for sever usage and availability. Created procedures and documentation for the operations group as well as complying with all change processes, configuration inventory control. Adhere to all Corporate, Change, and Problem ticket polices and procedures

System ManagementSecond Level support for Tivoli Framework and Tivoli Monitoring for over 2000 servers.Interlink PEC support as well as the iiAgents from Interlink for log file and system monitoring, Second level support also for Symantec ESM security monitors and Tripwire Security monitoring. This was a contract and not a permanent position.

Recruited to support the eBIZ Web Hosting environment using Tivoli Framework, BMC, Candle, ITM5.1 and ITM6.1. Created custom Solaris hardware monitors that notified of problems before a server would fail. In the first 6 months of deployment this caught over 30 outages from the proactive nature of the monitor. Part a team that created, and deployed repeatable processes, for migration of remote server farms in to “one” farm in many locations. This process-reduced man-hours needed for migration over 2 hours a server. Adhere to all Corporate, Change, and Problem ticket policies and procedures. Supported AIX, Solaris, Windows NT4.0,2000,2003 and Linux servers. Created custom solutions as needed. Create and support custom monitors for Oracle, DB2, logs, applications (WebSphere, MQ) and network connectivity.

Network administrator for an engineering firm. User administration and security for all of the network, mail, and phone systems. Desktop, server and printer hardware and software support. Backups as required. Supported remote access in to the network. Responsible for hardware and software inventory and control. Converted a Banyan Vines network to a Novell 4.11 environment. Windows support and upgraded over 500 workstations to Windows 95
