Founding faculty of Capella University. Previously was the Chair of the Human Services program at TGSA (now Capella University). Then worked with Brain Austin, PhD to build the Harold Abel School of Psychology. Instrumental in the long term growth and development of the school. Worked on a team to develop dissertation guides to assist learners in more successfully completing the dissertation process. I seek to create a high quality professional training expereinces for psychologists.I also provide psychotherapy in Minneapolis in my independent practice as a Licensed Psychologist and Licensed Marriage & Familty Therapist.Specialties: Program development, training online faculty, research, organizational consulting, clinical training of mental health professionals.
