Developed and managed the recruiting, assessment and selection for a nominative intelligence community organization that provides sensitive intelligence operations support to SOCOM. I led a small team in redesigning the entire recruiting and assessment program to account for the shift in unit mission and focus on analytics.

Led and managed a 60 person joint branch that provided expeditionary intelligence support to SOCOM and Geographic Combatant Commands. I ensure every member was properly trained and equipped prior to executing sensitive operations overseas. I worked across functional teams and organizations to achieve our mission of sending the best intelligence professionals overseas. Deployed as the HUMINT Operations Cell Chief for a SOCOM regional task force in Afghanistan. I provided oversight of over 60 sensitive operations that were geographically dispersed at 7 different operating platforms. I led review panels to identify risk to sensitive operations and approved risk mitigation strategies to improve sensitive operations.

Led the development and execution of training for a nominative expeditionary intelligence organization that supported SOCOM.Developed tactical programs of instruction that were certified by the Academy of Defense Intelligence and US Central Command for intelligence professionals to deploy in support of SOCOM task forces in Africa and the Middle East. Developed intelligence collection program of instructions that were utilized to prepare intelligence professionals to deploy in support of SOCOM elements. Developed, managed and supervised large scale live environment training events to maintain and increase individual/unit mission effectiveness.

Planned, coordinated and executed Offensive CI operations throughout the Pacific Command area of responsibility. Performed the full operational cycle, ensuring activities supported Department of the Army, Department of Defense, Combatant Commands and national requirements. Implemented risk management procedures in foreign environments to ensure no compromise to mission or personnel. Clearly articulated operational issues and plans in written product to superiors.

Managed five DOD intelligence officers and their sensitive operations, which focused on denied area operations. Collected intelligence information on denied areas through the use of human resources and utilized extremely demanding operational security procedures in foreign environments with not compromise to mission or personnel. Coordinated sensitive operations with interagency and multinational partners to ensure mission success with no compromise to mission or personnel. Clearly articulated operational issues and plans in written product to superiors.

Collected intelligence information on violent extremist organizations through the use of human resources; utilized extremely demanding operational security procedures in foreign environments with no compromise to personnel or mission. Supervised sensitive intelligence operations, interrogations and debriefings in a demanding combat deployment atmosphere for over 15 months. Managed over 60 sensitive intelligence operations in the Levant area to protect the US Homeland and neutralize terrorist threats worldwide. Accurately provided intelligence information and collated it with other intelligence disciplines to provide precise targeting information to senior leaders for targeting of violent extremist organization members.

Provided CI support to Force Protection at the forward deployed US Army Central Command – Saudi Arabia. Executed low-level intelligence operations to obtain accurate threat information for US government personnel and facilities. Planned and executed suspicious activity investigations from foreign adversaries targeting US government personnel and facilities. Interviewed and interrogated witnesses, suspects, subjects, and obtained written statements executed under oath. Executed over 100 security clearance interviews and investigative acts for US government personnel. Conducted threat and vulnerability assessments of forward deployed bases prior to the execution of OPERATION IRAQI FREEDOM. Provided tailored security education training on insider threats to over 500 US Army personnel.

Conducted national security investigations by applying sound judgment and analytical reasoning methods to detect insider threats directed against US Army activities. Prepared investigative/operational reports of investigations and developed progressive investigative plan(s) to neutralize insider threats. Obtained and executed arrest and search warrants in coordination with the Criminal investigations Division or the FBI. Interviewed and interrogated witnesses, suspects, and subjects, and obtained written statements executed under oath. Provided tailored security education training on insider threats to over 1,000 US Army personnel.
