Responsibilities included originating, planning, directing, and organizing the daily activities of a Conforming/FHA mortgage lender. I have extensive knowledge of originating, underwriting, processing, closing, post-closing, and shipping duties and tasks. I maintain a high level of customer service and extensive experience as a 'trouble shooter." With my keen eye on reviewing a loan package, I evaluate its merits and potential challenges, with an ultimate vision of closing, funding, and selling the loans. Secondary marketing, production/originating, and compliance are my specialties.
