Supported Information Operations (IO) Requirements development, research and analysis, modernization planning, and programming. Supported development of concepts for integration of IO capabilities into air, cyber and space platforms and presents technical briefings and reports. Reviewed and analyzed customer programming strategy for strategic planning for IO. Conducted research, analysis, and technology assessment on operational utility, intelligence availability, and investment value of IO activities supporting government classified programs.

Distributed Common Ground System (DCGS) Systems Analyst, Science Applications International Corporation (SAIC), Hampton VA. Developed and presented AF DCGS Tasking, Processing, Exploitation, and Dissemination (TPED) architectures supporting Joint, CSAF, and MAJCOM directed exercises and experiments. Planed and coordinated DCGS participation in exercises and experiments. Responsible for planning and organizing AF DCGS participation in Joint Expeditionary Force Experiment (JEFX) 2004, 2006, and 2008. Provided subject matter expert (SME) input on modernization of communications and networking capabilities across the AF DCGS enterprise. Reviewed, and provided inputs to, systems concepts of operations (CONOPS), operational requirements documents (ORD), and technical requirements documents (TRD). Developed recommended courses of action and ACC positions for the integration of Air National Guard units into the AF DCGS enterprise through the Air Force's Total Force Integration process.

Led multi-functional/multi-national team in the planning and execution of global command and control interoperability demonstration in 2002, Joint Warrior Interoperability Demonstration (JWID). Evaluated emerging and leading-edge technologies integrating them into a seamless information management environment for senior executives and decision makers.

Over twenty years of active duty U.S. Air Force (USAF) experience in command, control, communications-computers, intelligence, surveillance, and reconnaissance (C4ISR) systems design, installation, operations and technical management. Experience at Wing, Numbered Air Force/Air Operations Center, Major Command, and Joint Task Force staffs; including 10 years of extensive experience in C4ISR systems planning in support of exercises and operational deployments.
