I designed SRAM and shift register generators, standard cell libraries, and performed place and route on several designs. I also supported symbolic logic design and early logic synthesis tools.

As a desinger with Harris Semiconductor and Harris VHSIC operation, I worked on the design of a CMOS PROM, an SRAM generator, and a PLA generator. I developed SPICE models for the VHSIC process.
