Wholeheartedly, I recommend Mr. Jeff Bovee. For twenty years, I was an instructor and department head at the Army and Navy Academy, Carlsbad, CA. which serviced close to one thousand meals daily. For the past five years, I have had the pleasure to know Mr. Bovee and to experience his dedication and talent in the food service industry. As an aside, before I re-entered the education field in the early 1980's, for sixteen years, I was the Vice-President of a Quality Inn/Resort where during particular months of the year, we would cater nearly one hundred banquets weekly and sometimes fourteen wedding receptionson a single Saturday. With this in mind, I consider rather knowledgeable of the food service business. Indeed, Mr. Bovee is certainly in a very special class of creative and dedicated working managers.
