Bruce provides daily hands-on leadership to the company while still maintaining close ties with the many customers who rely on his guidance to find “best value” solutions for their equipment needs.Under Bruce’s direction, the company has grown to approx. 50 employees and provides integrated heavy equipment solutions including sales, rentals, parts, service and hauling.H&V is a dealer for Doosan, Terex, Alamo Industries, Modern, Allied, Genie, Eager Beaver and Duraco.Aside from the extensive inventory of new and used equipment, H&V maintains a rental fleet in excess of 250 units, including Caterpillar, John Deere, ASV, DynaPac, Bomag, Broderson, Grove, Godwin, Multiquip and New Holland.

Bruce began his experience with heavy equipment in1974 as a youth working on the wash rack of the local Case dealer. Prior to forming H&V Equipment Services, he worked for multiple heavy equipment dealerships in the region in virtually every aspect of the business: mechanic, field mechanic, service manager, parts counter sales, parts manager, heavy equipment salesman and sales manager.
