Achievements and responsibilities: • Management of awarded vendors, liaising with vendor representatives on disputes, invoicing & management of subcontract and change orders.• Co-ordinate with all Internal Stakeholders (Engineering, Contracts, QA, HSE, Project MGMT).• Manage external stakeholders where required. • Ensure all contractual, commercial, technical clarifications are closed out prior to execution.• Assist in bid reviews, prepare contracts and issue change orders to Suppliers.• Create and maintain Procurement Status Report.• Organise and chair Kick-Off Meetings (KOM) and Pre-Production Meetings (PPM).• Travel to suppliers in the UK and abroad for progress meetings or to process orders• Ensure all supplier documentation is recorded through document control and is in accordance with Client review and approval system.• Participate in project phase reviews and risk management sessions.• Complete supplier assessments at the end of each contract. • Deliver “Lessons Learned” meetings with suppliers on their respective contracts.• Identify and execute cost saving initiatives for the project in particular and the company as a whole.To date I have been part of the following project teams:- Talisman Montrose BLP- TAQA Western Isles- Centrica Kew (Phase I & II)- Nexen Blackbird IB1- Centrica Kittiwake- Nexen Telford- BP West of Shetland

• Dealing with all sub-contract and small pump repair work coming into the service centre. Our customers include most of the major operators in the North Sea sector of the oil and gas industry. This includes receipting the material/components into the system (Movex), opening the job and despatching to an approved vendor.• Expedite suppliers to obtain repair quote. Then supply quote to customer for approval (where applicable). Then see job through to delivery.• Raise purchase orders to cover repairs once the quote has been approved. Alternatively provide quote for replacement item. Raise purchase orders to cover third party offshore attendances.• Procure materials for stand-alone spares orders and also for scheduled offshore activities.• Maintain work in progress spreadsheets to report to customers and head office staff up to date information on job progress.• Once jobs are complete issue final quote and despatch to customer. Finally check all costs and approve for invoice.• Act as single point of contact for customers and suppliers.
