As the Wrap Up Program Manager I was responsible for the pricing, selection, and ongoing account management for large construction project insurance. Programs included OCIPS for Intel, Nike, City of Portland, Brewery Blocks, Port of Portland, Sempra, Atlanta Airport, State of Utah, and more.

Responsible for overall underwriting and pricing within the region. June, 1989 to April 1990 - Commercial Lines ManagerResponsible for all Property, Liability, and W.C. Underwriting in San Diego with premiums of $65,000,000. Achieved profitability and premium goals in each year. Managed a total of 65 employees through five Managers and two Supervisors. July, 1977 to April, 1986 - Underwriting Manager of Portland, Sacramento, and San Diego offices. Through promotion or office closures, transferred four times to manage underwriting departments for Argonaut. In San Diego I was responsible for establishing a new branch office where none had existed before. In Portland I was responsible for appointing new producers and building relationships and new business to support a branch office for Anchorage.
