I was promoted to Commercial Director at MCM in 2013 after securing the company’s biggest ever contract – a feat I have since repeated twice.As Commercial Director, I am a member of the senior management team, responsible for maintaining, servicing and growing emergency response contracts, while driving growth in the company’s response capabilities. During my time at MCM I have driven significant growth, transforming the scale of the company, and delivering a fivefold increase in profitability since 2013.I am also an experienced trainer, delivering all of MCM’s crisis media engagement training courses, as well as courses in incident management and emergency response exercises to companies in a wide range of industries.

Over a decade at this PR, Digital and Events Agency, I serviced globally recognised brands such as Peugeot, Citroën, Bosch, ExxonMobil and Castrol, and public sector bodies such as the Highways Agency. I primarily delivered media relations but also a range of marcomms functions, including on-the page and broadcast advertising, producing newsletters, customer publications and public information brochures, often working in French and German. I also played a key role in drawing up the communications plan for the closure of the Peugeot Factory in Coventry, giving me excellent experience of corporate crisis communications.
