General Description: The Accounting Admin is responsible for assisting with the daily data entry and all administrative functions of the Accounting department. Major Functions/Responsibilities:Admin/Data Entry Enter and Match Invoices from Vendors. Work with purchasing and category managers to validate invoice amounts and quantities. Assist AP with Payment runs. Update customer files for manual refunds and notify Sales Center. Assist AP with Vendor Inquiries and review Vendor Statements for accuracy. Review customer account histories. Print invoices and create account statements. File and maintain all AR and AP files. Provide support for AP and AR. Perform other accounting related duties as assigned. Assist other departments with AP or AR inquiries.
