2D Materials Device Fabrication• Increased the yields of seven different 2D material from 50% to 100% for cost reduction • Designed & assembled transportation system for inert gas and cooling water to enable research in cleanroom• Fabricated devices from raw materials with EBL to test electrical properties for novel thin film transistors (TFT)• Analyzed 3D surface demission and nano structure with AFM for defects detection Administration and Instrument Management• Mentored 4 undergraduate students and motivated them to double their dedication to the research • Assembled a MBRAUN glove box to fabricate ultra clean and air sensitive devices• Enhanced 4-point robot probe station in side glove box for remote control
