Developed a centralized input and reporting database tool using Microsoft Access and Visual Basic for Applications that enabled our field operations group the ability to track and report on Capital Expenditures.Responsible for all budgets and reporting surrounding over $250M in capital spending. Was able to reduce capital budgeting down to less than 1 month and created 90% of the capital reporting that exists today. Helped in creation, development and rollout of a new budget input and tracking tool for capital, which was previously done via spreadsheets and emails.
