As Head of Global Accounts at Concurrent Systems I’ve gained extensive experience around global key account management, business development, and the sales & marketing of various VAS solutions within the African and Middle Eastern mobile telecoms environment. Prior to joining Concurrent I held several senior management and executive posts with multinational and listed companies including Ericsson, MTN and Panasonic. At Ericsson I was employed as a Senior Business Consultant and specialised in business and marketing strategy development, as well as responsible for supporting Ericsson sales through strategic engagement and commercial negotiation with C-level customers. As Sales Director at Panasonic Westrand I headed up 4 sales teams consisting of approximately 30 sales staff across telecoms, office automation and audio visual. At MTN SP I managed a corporate sales team of Senior Account ManagersHaving gained a comprehensive understanding of the ICT business environment, its stakeholders and industry dynamics, I have a passion for providing business solutions that change the ball game for customers!
