Manage the global Procurement teams for Autodesk, Inc.

I manage the company's relationship with several vendors in North and South America, overseeing the purchasing of goods and services; facilitate corporate, customer and vendor relationships and enforce vendor SLA.As Team Lead for our Americas Procurement staff, I coordinate our department goals with them, deal with issues as they arise, hold regular 1:1 and staff meetings and escalate to department manager as necessary. I coordinate Procurement policies and procedures with our global Procurement teams as needed.

I had the responsibility of managing the computer leased asset program as well as being a Buyer/Planner of corporate hardware and computer supplies for North America . Those responsibilities included overseeing our computer vendor, notifying employees of end of lease times on their assets and providing new machines to them. Collecting, tracking and shipping end of lease machines back to the vendor, Providing quarterly and annual budgets and metrics on current and expected future lease exposure. I was also involved in the transition of the company going from a leased asset model to a purchased asset model and assisted in the sourcing and RFI/RFP negotiations with our selected vendor.
