Bruce Jolly, a Lighthouse CFO Partner, specializes in high growth, transfer of ownership, entrepreneurial and turnaround situations in manufacturing, distribution and service areas. He has extensive experience in mergers, acquisitions and divestitures, and in obtaining funding for future stability and growth.During his career, Bruce has served as the Vice President, Finance of Riverton Investment Corporation, the parent company of two cement manufacturing firms. In this role, he led the financial and due diligence support phases leading to the successful sale of the company to a public (Italian) corporation. Bruce was chosen to lead the integration of the policies, procedures and systems of the two organizations in the year following the sale.Bruce also served as Chief Financial Officer of Kiel Bros. Oil Company, a family owned $250 million petroleum distribution company operating in three Midwestern states. At Kiel, Bruce performed the evaluation, due diligence and integration of 29 acquisitions of various sizes. He had responsibility for the redesign of all systems and financial policies of the Company and obtained more than $40 million in new debt financing for the acquisition of retail properties. The Company grew from 25 to 156 retail locations during his tenure. Bruce also served as the CFO of Cosco, Inc., a highly successful leveraged buyout, and was the Secretary and Treasurer of Hon Industries, a well-known office furniture manufacturer.As a Tatum Partner, Jolly’s engagements included a financial consulting assignment with a West Virginia coal mining firm, where he played a significant part in obtaining $146 million in debt financing. He also served as the interim financial officer at the Virginia manufacturing facility of Neuman Aluminum. Other roles have included serving as the CFO of the Robertson Marketing Group in Salem, Virginia, and project assignments in the biotechnology, healthcare, real estate development, and advertising industries.
