About Bruce Julian

When i was medically retired from the United States Airforce, a career that i had spent my entire life chasing I had to reinvent my self. I had to take those skills and reshape, refine, and then direct that same energy into something else. My passion is in Leadership, and that takes all forms; leading People, leading Products, and leading Cultures. I love to take a group of individuals, identify a problem and develop / implement a solution. At the largest and smallest of places it all comes back to that foundation.
