• I lead a large delivery and sustainment team totaling 25 +direct team members, while working within the larger team to ensure efficient practices. I am directly responsible for a portfolio of over 17 million dollars and 200+ delivery efforts. The teams support multiple lines of business, ranging from e-commerce offers, content and marketing support for dozens of sites, travel agent support and commerce, as well as app & web messaging. • I am responsible for program planning, staffing, financials, roadmap development, and team member mentorship and growth. I support our larger organization through data driven metrics, data analysis, data integration, and communication. • I am responsible for creating new processes in order to continue to find efficiencies and positive returns on our investments, our investments in funds, time, and talent. • I am currently spearheading an effort to unite our Technology organization through tool standardization and reporting. Focusing on roadmap planning, financial analysis, reporting, and resourcing.

Provide leadership and oversight to multiple high level digital projects. I currently work in a space that is very fast paced with multiple projects per quarter. I am responsible for the financial oversight, long and near term planning, as well as risk identification and mitigation.

• Provide programmatic analysis to a large NAVY test program through the review of flight test data. Produce daily/weekly metrics for leadership in order to articulate success and provide information for long range planning.• Involved in the scheduling and planning of multi-year programs through the use of Microsoft Suite of tools; such as Project, Excel, and Power Point. Use skills and tools to look at risk to both long and short-term schedules and budget.• Produce analytical tools such as burn curves, pivot tables, flow charts, control charts, and excel formulas. These tools are used in order to organize and present data so that process changes can be implemented in order to increase efficiencies and productivity. • Provide weekly support and briefing of data and information to executive and leadership staff.

Provided leadership and analysis to a large organizations inspections and compliance office.• Guided the Group Inspection Tracking program; maintained the inspection and compliance checklist for four organizations consisting of over 140 checklists. Aided in inspections of organization and individual units, responsible for documenting and maintaining records in order to maintain excellence and compliance for the unit.• Utilized strong interpersonal skills to communicate policy changes and provide a communications point for questions and checklist clarification. Provided training and guidance on checklists process to all new employees.• Aided the Squadron Commanders staff with daily operations tasks. Ensured that daily office and flight operations ran smoothly and effectively. Assisted in the promotion review process as well as any commander driven tasks.

• Prepared unit flying and academic schedule for multiple levels of the squadron, consisting of over 300 individuals. Responsible for anticipating operational needs and developing innovative solutions to keep office at peak efficiency.• Primary scheduler for more than 1500 academic events, and maintained flight line, and simulator schedule. Compiled and analyzed scheduling and maintenance efficiency reports. Provided timely and accurate reports to senior members on operational readiness. Was able to anticipate operational changes and make adjustments to the schedule so that no training time was lost. Worked with a team to provide the most effective schedule for both the flying unit and the individual members, to ensure unit effectiveness and unit moral.

• Demonstrated excellence in navigation, aircraft systems, mission planning, aircraft operations, time management, crew coordination, emergency procedures, and general knowledge / academic material. Developed leadership skills in a fast paced, task saturated environment requiring acute attention to detail and strong technical skills. • Excelled at over 40 simulator events and 18 flights totaling 117 hours of hands on aircraft training. Completed advanced phases of aircraft navigation, introduction to electronic warfare, air defense systems, and radar navigation.Was able to take large amounts of technical information and learn it in a very short period of time. Learned how to communicate effectively in high stress situations and provide clear and accurate picture of the situation and then articulate a solution.
