Other duties included Director of Test and Trials for LCS-1, Program Manager for LCS-3:• Significant Achievements:• As Director, LCS Ships and Systems (Acting), guided the LCS Program Office through the start up of LCS-5, 7, & 9. • As Program Manager for LCS-3 – successfully managed the ships program from inception through delivery to the US Navy on budget and ahead of schedule. • As Director of Test and Trials – Provided leadership and guidance to successfully direct the industry team comprised of Lockheed Martin (integrator), Gibbs and Cox (Ships Design Agent), and Marinette Marine Production/test group through ships initial activation, Builders Dock Trials, Builders Sea Trials, and Acceptance Trials on the first of the class Naval Combatant Ship. Ship was delivered to the US Navy in 2008. Completed Builders Sea Trials and Acceptance Trials on the first of class without delay – unprecedented at Marinette Marine on any previous program military or commercial.• As Deputy Program Manager – successfully guided shipyard through multiple major milestones. Developed detail timelines and checksheets to support successful Generator Lightoffs, Main Engine Lightoffs, Dock Trials, Sea Trials and Acceptance Trials. -

As BIW sole point of contact, I represented the company and more specific the Programs Strategic Planning and Communications Divisions. Responsible for P&L, I determined and aggressively pursued means to mitigate BIW’s liability and warranty exposure on our new construction ships, while simultaneously increasing business and capturing opportunities that are in line with Corporate and Divisional strategic goals and objectives• Significant Achievements include:• Successfully orchestrated correction of thousands of Alleged Warranty claims on multiple Arleigh Burke Class Destroyers – completing under budget and on schedule. Claims ranging from replacement on high speed pinions in ships main reduction gears to craftsmanship issues. No ship missed an operational commitment during the execution of warranty or emergent work tasking funded by Navy Program Office• Lead a team of Engineers to conduct a full material assessment of the USS Cole (DDG-67) post the extended overhaul (post-terrorist attack in Yemen). Significance was this ship was overhauled at Ingalls Shipyard and I was employed at Bath Iron Works. After the material assessment was completed I was then tasked with organization of all findings and executing the correction of those deficiencies in support of the post overall material inspection. Post correction the USS COLE successfully completed an in service inspection (INSURV). • Awards: (3) Letters of Appreciation various Commanding officers, (3) Aegis Excellence Awards in support of Final Contracts Trials -

Mechanical and Damage Control Systems on MCM program for both Marinette Marine and Peterson Builders Successfully guided two shipyards in the preparations and conduct of four Acceptance Trials.• Awards: Meritorious Service Medal, 4 Navy Commendation Medals, 4 Navy Achievement Medals
