Throughout my 25+ year career I have had lead organizations across the globe in which I have made a measurable difference. I am a change agent that delivers on broad scale corporate objectives by leveraging business knowledge aligned with organizational culture. At General Motors, I developed and executed strategies that resulted in cost reductions of 1.8B USD in the seating commodity. At the beginning of COVID, I led the product development of face masks, and within one week, our team was able to design, source, and launch mask manufacturing at General Motors. This expanded to manufacturing in Canada, Mexico and Brazil, producing 100 million masks. I led the product development team to develop and launch N95 masks obtaining the first in industry Public Health Emergency (PHE) approval from CDC/NIOSH (National Institute for Occupational Safety and Health). I also engaged in the Diversity Equity & Inclusion discussion as the executive champion within my organization (500+ Engineers) to enable an open discussion to advocate important topics.Living abroad, I lead an Engineering team in France through incredible growth with Peugeot Citroen Group, launching seating in 3 new vehicles in an accelerated timeline; on-time, with quality. In China, I led the integration of two acquired companies into a complex joint venture structure leading to over 300M USD capital investment and the formation of a new joint venture.I have mentored students in FIRST Robotics for the past 10 years. I have inspired these students to solve technical challenges, grow leadership skills, and also the importance of community outreach.Throughout my life, I have developed a core team of individuals which matched my passion for excellence and I have inspired each individual to maximize their potential to achieve results.
