Assisted in the start up, commissioning and began operating the new Modular Steam Plant as a part of the overall Stanford University Medical Center project:renewal. Utilizing vendor classroom training as well as skills learned on the job, we ensured a smooth transition from the medical center's retiring steam plant to the new thermal fluid steam generators.Looking to the future, we will plan for the same uninterrupted supply of thermal energy, vital to patient care and hospital operations, as Stanford Health Care transitions to the major addition to the Lucille Packard Children's Hospital in 2017, and a new Medical Center in 2018.

Under the direction of the Campaign Fellow, I contact registered voters to discuss local public transportation funding and and infrastructure issues, while surveying their views on those matters.I also encourage respondents to learn more about public transportation measures that will soon be before them in upcoming elections.

After an accelerated two week training period, I fully qualified to operate three of this station's twelve generating units and to provide needed relief to over-extended operations personnel for the duration of the station's peak season.
